All men are looking for way to improve their sex life, and, believe it or not, there are actually exercises to increase penis size.

Kegel Maneuver

The Kegel maneuver is the first exercise that I am going to talk about that will help you to increase your penis size. It involves the use of the muscles that control the flow of urine.

Anytime you stop your urine stream, you are performing the Kegel maneuver. One way to exercise with this technique is to sit with a tennis ball between your anus and scrotum.

You contract this set of muscles and hold for three minutes. This will increase the strength of the muscles that go into the Kegel maneuver and will allow you increase your time to ejaculation.

When done with regularity, this technique can also help increase your penis size.

Pubococcygeal Ligament Stretch

This actually focuses on the ligament that runs along the pubococcygeal muscle – one of the muscles responsible for erection, length, and ejaculation.

In penis surgery, it is this ligament (also called the suspensory ligament) that is cut to give more length to the penis. However, stretching the ligament is a much safer way of gaining length.

If it is tight, you’re going to be short. Any stretching exercise, such as simply pulling your penis in various directions, will help to strengthen this ligament and give you some of the length you are looking for.

Penis Push-ups

This is actually an exercise where you use your penis to lift a little bit of weight. We aren’t talking about free weights or a penis machine, but a simple towel.

Sit with your penis hanging over a chair edge. Place a simple towel over your penis and let it hang.  Now, contract your muscles to make your penis lift the towel as much as possible.

This may be difficult at first, but it does get easier as you do it over time. In fact, the simple towel may become too easy for you.

If this is the case, you can wet the towel or simply find a towel that is a bit heavier. With time, this exercise to increase penis size and strength will help you to not only get bigger but hold off ejaculation as well.
