Warming Up Before Your Penis Exercises
Warming up before you do any penis exercises is very important as you do not want to hurt or strain yourself while you are exercising. The easiest way to warm up your penis is to take a hot shower or use a warm towel to massage your limp penis. The goal of this exercise is to get the blood flowing.
The following are two beginner penis enlargement exercises.
Basic Penis Exercise #1 – Wet Jelqing
You will need lubricant for this penis exercise. You can use olive oil, coconut oil or grapeseed oil as a lubricant as well.
Step 1. Put lubrication on both of your hands and your penis. Your penis should be 20-40% erect during this penis exercise. Any more or less erect, and you will either cause injury or it won’t be effective.
Step 2. Now put your thumb and index finger together around the base of your penis. Your other three fingers should be facing away from your body. Give your penis firmly but don’t strangle yourself.
Step 3. Now with a firm grip, slide your two fingers all the way down to where the shaft meets the head. Make your stoke last about 2 seconds. Instead of simply sliding across the shaft like masturbation, you will need to get a firm grip and slowly slide down it. This will force the blood through the penis in quantities it’s not use to, resulting in a size increase over time.
Step 4. After you complete a stroke, take your other hand and repeat the same process. Your other hand should be ready to go right after the current hand is finished.
That’s all there is to this. Beginners usually experience slight pain and discomfort after the first couple sessions. This is normal as your penis is not used to being exercised.
Basic Penis Exercise #2 – Basic Stretching
This penis exercise is done with completely limp penis and does not require lubrication.
Step 1. Grip below the glans (head) of your penis, and gently pull your penis straight outwards until you feel a little tension. If you feel any pain you’re pulling to hard.
Hold your penis stretched for 10 seconds.
Again, make sure you are completely relaxed throughout this stretch.
Step 2. After you complete a stretch, slap your penis against your thigh to get the blood flowing again.
Step 3. Do the exact same penis stretch for 10 seconds except this time you want to pull your penis downwards. Follow this will another thigh slap.
Step 4. Now stretch your penis left and right, it doesn’t really matter in which other. Follow each stretch with a thigh slap.
Step 5. For the very last 10 second stretch you should pull your penis upwards. This is the most sensitive direction to stretch, which it is last. Be careful never to stretch too hard or you may injure yourself.
